Search Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

The Scheme

1. The Brennans Lawsearchers Search Rewards Program is issued by and remains the property of Brennans Law Searchers who reserve the right to decline issue or withdraw the program or SearchPoints at any time, or to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Brennans Law Searchers Rewards Program, or to terminate the scheme at any time without notice.

2. To start collecting SearchPoints, you must sign up to the Search Rewards Program... Click Here To Sign Up.

3. SearchPoints will be allocated to your account on a monthly basis, based on the previous month's Net Sales.

4. All participants in the Brennans Law Searchers Rewards Program must be aged 18 years or over.

5. The Search Rewards Program is not transferable, and can only be used by the company person (or person(s) representing their company) whose is signed up as the key contact. Program SearchPoints may be used by any member of the main program holder's immediate firm who works at the same address, as registered for the main program holder.

6. Members may be removed from the program at any time at the discretion of Brennans Lawsearchers.

7. Your SearchPoints can only be used within Brennans Law Searchers Search Rewards program and other promotional partners who may from time to time be part of the scheme. Your SearchPoints cannot be used as a credit card or a guarantee card.

8. Customers must be members of the Rewards Loyalty Program for one month before rewards can be claimed. Once qualified rewards can be claimed on a monthly basis, subject to sufficient SearchPoints accumulated.

9. Brennans Law Searchers standard trading terms and conditions apply during promotions. Accounts operating (in arrears) outside normal trading conditions may not qualify for Loyalty SearchPoints.

SearchPoints

1. To earn SearchPoints for a transaction, you must have signed up and activated your account. If requested, please submit your Search Rewards ID at the time of transaction.

2. Transactions may also be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of Brennans Lawsearchers.

3. You must spend at least €1.00 in a single transaction for the transaction to qualify for SearchPoints. Then one SearchPoint will be awarded for every €1.00 that is spent. This can be altered at the discretion of Brennans Lawsearchers.

4. The current redemption value is "One Euro equals One SearchPoint" or (1 SearchPoint = 1 Euro). Brennans Law Searchers reserves the right to vary the rate at any time.

Vouchers

1. Rewards, in the form of Brennans Law Searchers Search Reward Vouchers, will be mailed with a Statement to the customers who have accumulated at least 5,000 points by the end of each collecting period, upon request.

2. Collecting periods may vary.

3. The level of reward given will be based on the total number of SearchPoints that a member company has earned by the end of the last day of a collecting period. Any SearchPoints that a member has earned that fall between the level of reward and the next level will be 'carried over' as the starting balance for the next collecting period. The current levels are multiples of 5,000 SearchPoints. Brennans Law Searchers reserves the right to vary the rate at any time.

4. Members who do not reach the minimum number of SearchPoints needed to qualify for a reward by the end of the collecting period will have their SearchPoints total 'carried over' to the next collecting period.

5. Brennans Law Searchers Search Rewards Vouchers' terms and conditions may be found on the Vouchers.

General

1. The promoter of Brennans Law Searchers Loyalty Program is FocalPoint, A Web Marketing and Development Company. Located at 71 Upper Leeson Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

We would like to use your details from the application, plus details on how you use your Search Rewards Program and how you transact with Brennans Lawsearchers, to:

• Help manage Brennans Law Searchers Search Rewards Program and improve the way we run it.

• Understand our customers’ transaction habits to improve our service.

• Unless you indicate otherwise, we will contact you with offers and information about services of interest to you and your company.

We will share your details among Brennans Law Searchers and businesses that process this Search Rewards information on our behalf (e.g. printers who need certain details to print our mailings). We may also use and share information relating to groups of customers, without identifying individuals, to learn more about customer behaviour and find ways of enhancing our service.
